The design was inspired by the surrounding environment. When you lift this area, you will find that it is surrounded by plateaus and hills from all directions, in addition to the non-continuous valleys present in the region, and it is filled with water in winter days only, and it still has a fascinating charm in this region. It is considered one of the areas that attract tourism in Egypt due to its natural splendor. To preserve the environment from the revolution of concrete blocks that dictate the place at the present time, so excavations were done in the plateau and an elevator was inserted inside it so as not to expose the valley area to any harm, and then the building was built on top of the plateau overlooking the valley and the valley was used only to wander and experience the beauty
